1. Infrastructure Development & Regional Leadership
Our primary focus is to build a group of infrastructure engineering, construction, and procurement companies, with the ambition to rank among the top 3 in their respective specialty sectors across the Caribbean. Key areas of focus include water, sanitation, energy, transportation, and housing. A major undertaking will be the SMART City Project in St. Lucia—an innovative initiative poised to transform the region. This project, along with other critical infrastructure endeavors, will serve as a foundation for long-term growth and expansion.

Our vision also includes expanding our business development expertise to global markets, initially focusing on emerging regions like the Caribbean, Latin America, and Africa. This global expansion will support social impact initiatives, addressing areas where resources and talent are abundant, but public support is lacking.
We are actively collaborating with NGOs and private sector partners to open up new opportunities in these regions. In time, we aim to establish a foundation that will bring together these efforts under one umbrella, enabling further development of socially impactful programs.
3. Transformative Real Estate Development
A key long-term goal is the development of a transformative real estate project in the Caribbean. This initiative will begin with private investments and, over time, expand into broader regional developments. Detailed communication about this project will be shared with stakeholders in the coming months.

Our immediate goal is to establish a fund that can provide financing for ongoing and future projects, such as infrastructure development, water and sanitation, agriculture, energy, and housing. This fund will also support the growth of our companies across the Caribbean as we expand into new sectors and geographies.
2. Learning & Development in Fund Management
In addition to structuring financial solutions, we are eager to learn from experienced professionals to master the processes of fund management. This knowledge will be applied to a wide range of future business ventures, including real estate, renewable energy, sports, entertainment, and fashion.
3. Engineering, Procurement, & Construction Services
As part of our collaboration, we are committed to providing engineering, procurement, and construction management services for the projects undertaken by you and your partners across the Caribbean.
Partnership & Business Structure
For the purpose of our business arrangements, we will formalize our partnership through our Delaware-based corporation, Platinum Travelers and Investment Club Inc. This company has been established to serve as an investment advisory firm, primarily targeting the travel community—similar to how your firm targets the golfing community. However, our broader interests span multiple sectors, with a focus not only on wealth creation but also on delivering meaningful impacts to communities in need of such opportunities.
